These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of junkremovaldallas.org (the “Site”) and the junk removal services provided by Junk Removal in Dallas (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the Site or booking our services, you agree to these Terms.
We provide junk removal, hauling, and related cleanout services in Dallas, Texas and surrounding areas. Service details, availability, and coverage areas are described on the Site and confirmed at booking.
We exercise due care on every job. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount paid for the service in question. We are not liable for pre-existing damage, or for items you did not designate for removal.
Items designated for removal become our responsibility upon pickup. We sort loads for donation and recycling where possible; we make no guarantee regarding the final disposition of any specific item.
Content on the Site is for general information. We strive for accuracy but make no warranties about completeness. Service descriptions do not constitute a binding offer until a quote is approved.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
