Stop Paying Rent on Stuff You Don't Want

Do the math on your storage unit. A typical 10x10 in Dallas rents for real money every single month, and most of what sits inside is worth a fraction of what the rent costs over a year. If the boxes have been untouched since you moved them in, you are not storing valuables. You are paying a monthly fee to postpone a decision.

Full Cleanouts, Partial Cleanouts, and Auction Units

Not every storage unit job is an all-or-nothing clear-out. We handle three kinds of storage unit work across Dallas:

  • Full cleanouts. Everything goes. We empty the unit completely, sweep it out, and leave it ready for your final walkthrough with the facility.
  • Partial cleanouts. Want us to take half and organize the rest? We haul what you point at and stack your keep items neatly along the walls, so the unit you keep paying for actually holds things you want.
  • Auction-unit clearing. Won a unit at a Dallas storage auction? Facilities give winners a tight deadline to clear everything out. We sort the mixed contents fast, separate anything worth keeping or selling, and haul the rest before your deadline hits.

Tell us which you need when you request your quote so we can plan truck space and labor time.

You Don't Need to Be There

Most storage unit cleanouts happen without the customer ever visiting the facility. Here is how it works:

  1. Request your free quote. Send photos of the unit if you can. Photos help us estimate volume and plan the right truck space.
  2. Share access details. Give us the gate code, unit number, and the facility's access hours. If the building has an elevator or a reserved loading area, tell us and we will coordinate it.
  3. We coordinate with the facility. We work directly with on-site staff on access, parking the truck, and elevator reservations where buildings require them.
  4. We sort and clear. Keep items get stacked aside, donations and recyclables get separated, and everything else gets hauled. You get photo confirmation of the empty unit.

Then you call the facility, close the account, and the monthly charges stop.

What We Do With Everything Inside

A storage unit is never just trash. There are usually keepers mixed in with the junk, and sometimes genuinely donatable goods buried under the boxes. We sort as we clear: your keep pile gets stacked neatly to one side, usable furniture and household goods go to Dallas-area charities, and metals, electronics, and cardboard go to local recyclers.

The rest is disposed of responsibly. Locked units are no problem either: if you lost the key, we coordinate with the facility manager for authorized access. Your belongings stay protected until the cleanout is approved.

What Affects Your Free Quote

Every storage unit quote is free and confirmed before we start. These are the factors that shape it:

  • Unit size and total volume. A packed 10x20 costs more to clear than a half-empty 5x10. Photos help us estimate accurately.
  • Access. Drive-up units are fastest. Stairs, long hallways, and elevator-only buildings add labor time.
  • Heavy or awkward items. Safes, treadmills, and solid-wood furniture take extra hands and equipment.
  • Sorting level. A straight haul-everything job is simplest. Careful keep, donate, and organize sorting takes more time on site.

You approve the quote before we lift a thing, and that is the price you pay.

For Dallas Facility Managers: Abandoned and Lien Units

Facility operators deal with abandoned units after tenants disappear, and the lien process eventually leaves you with a unit full of someone else's belongings that has to go. We work with Dallas storage facility managers on exactly this problem.

We clear abandoned units quickly and discreetly, coordinate around your access rules and office hours, and handle multiple units in a single visit when you have a backlog. One point of contact, one visit, and the units go back on the market earning rent again instead of sitting dead. If you manage a facility in the DFW area, ask about ongoing cleanout arrangements for lien and abandonment turnovers.

Service FAQs

Questions before pickup.

No. Most of our storage unit jobs happen without the customer on site. Just share the gate code, unit number, and any access instructions when you book, and we will coordinate directly with the facility. We confirm with photos when the unit is empty so you can close your account with confidence.
That happens more than you would think. We can coordinate with the facility manager to verify your account and arrange authorized access. We never cut a lock without written authorization from you or the facility, so your belongings stay protected until the cleanout is approved.
Yes, it is one of our most common requests. Whether you have two units at the same facility or units across town, we plan the route and bring enough truck space for one trip. One visit means one quote and one day of your time.
We cannot take hazardous materials such as paints, solvents, fuels, pesticides, or asbestos-containing materials, which require specialized disposal. Tires, electronics, appliances, furniture, boxes, and just about everything else in a typical unit are fine. If you are unsure about a specific item, send us a photo and we will tell you plainly.
Auction deadlines are tight, so tell us your move-out date when you request a quote and we will prioritize it. Many auction cleanouts are scheduled within a day or two, subject to availability. Send photos of the unit if you can, since mixed auction contents help us plan truck space and sorting time.
